Holland & Knight LLP's COVID Protocols:

Prior to visiting the Holland & Knight office, visitors must certify through the Firm’s visitor screening portal Visitor Screening Portal that they meet the Firm’s vaccination requirement (fully-vaccinated) and other health criteria to visit an office. Please note, an individual is considered fully- vaccinated when they meet the below criteria, prior to visit:

• At least 14 days have passed since the individual received either the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

In addition, please see additional criteria that would be prudent to share with attendees: 

• All individuals must practice social distancing and wear an acceptable face covering in the office in all common areas, including in the reception area and in hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, etc. 
• Masks may be removed when alone in a conference room or office or when in an individual workstation if socially distanced.
• Wearing masks when multiple persons occupy an office or conference room remains an appropriate practice. Vaccinated individuals who are socially distanced may choose to interact without masks when everyone present agrees to do so.
• Individuals may remove their face coverings for brief periods of time to eat or drink.
• Individuals must not be present in a Firm office if they are ill; have, or recently had, any COVID-19 symptoms (fever; chills; cough; shortness of breath; difficulty breathing; fatigue; muscle or body aches; headache; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; or diarrhea); or have reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19.

• ATLP Transportation Forum Registrants only need to RSVP. There is no additional fee for the Viewing Party.
