Membership benefits include subscriptions to the Journal of Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy (biannual) and Association Highlights Blog (weekly),, and opportunities to participate in all educational programs. Organizational Memberships are also available.

Our association has taken the lead in working with federal transportation regulatory agencies to develop standards of expertise for those who seek to represent others before those agencies.

We provide several educational opportunities a year, including a Spring and Fall transportation “forum” at which practitioners in the transportation law hear leaders in the field address current topics of interest.

The association’s Annual Meeting, typically held in late June each year, provides a comprehensive program addressing topics of interest and importance in the field of transportation law and policy. The program meets the Continuing Legal Education credits requirements for each State Bar.

Membership in the association puts you in contact with other members of the transportation law profession and persons interested in logistics and transportation policy.

We invite you to consider:

  • Joining your peers in the transportation law industry as a member of the Association.
  • Submitting an article in our quarterly Journal of Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy.
  • Attending one of our upcoming events.
